GIA AT ARU. 19 and 20 MARCH.

We are thrilled to be hosting Sam Tran, from Hanoi’s one Michelin-starred Gia, on 19 & 20 March as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival.

 

Sam used to work with us at Sunda before moving back to her native homeland to open Gia. Her dishes are an elegant, modern homage to her country – showcasing local ingredients and flavours from each of Vietnam’s regions, beautifully presented across a tasting menu where East meets West.

 

Over these two nights, she will be joining hands with Head Chef Nico Koevoets, to create a four-hands dinner we are excited about.
