The Lunar New Year (28 Jan – 12 Feb) sees the return of our coal and red gum-grilled half Southern Rock Lobster ($165), drizzled with spiced crayfish oil, and paired with Aru’s XO (wagyu tongue, scallops, dried prawn, shiitake) tossed through silky noodles.

The spring roll ($17) – symbolising wealth and gold bars – will also make an appearance, filled with lamb and pork seasoned with shredded lemongrass and fish sauce, and paired with onion relish, prawn sambal mayo, betel leaf and toasted peanuts.
