This June, we are delighted to welcome Morris Whisky – the Rutherglen-based distillery that has been making world-renowned fortified wines since 1859 – to Aru, with the flavours of their decadent drams meeting the bold notes of Aru’s dishes across two evenings.

 

Head Chef Nico has put together a four-course shared menu designed to pair with the signature Morris range and their award-winning fortified wine.

 

Start your evening with the ‘Smokey Mandarin’, then settle in for a night of food and whisky, hosted by Taylor Matthews, Brand Ambassador of Morris Whisky, and Group Bar Manager, Kris Leombruni.
